Terms
Terms of use
Use PDF Size Reducer only for lawful PDF compression tasks where you have the right to process the uploaded document.
What the service does
PDF Size Reducer lets you upload a PDF, choose a target size, run server-side compression and manually download the compressed result after reviewing the size comparison.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal material, malware, documents you are not authorised to process, or files intended to disrupt, overload, test or reverse-engineer the service without permission.
Compression results
PDF compression can reduce image quality, remove redundant data, change internal PDF structure or fail to reach a requested target size depending on the source document. Tiny targets such as 100KB may require visible quality reduction.
No professional advice
The service is a file utility. It does not check whether a document is legally valid, complete, compliant, accessible or acceptable to a third-party portal. Always review the output yourself before submitting it.
Availability and limits
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. It may be changed, rate-limited, interrupted or withdrawn to protect reliability, cost, security or abuse controls.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your original PDF, checking the compressed output, and deciding whether the result is suitable for your upload, email or submission workflow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
